Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. If you are on a specific timetable and need your order within a certain amount of time, please specify in the "Special Instructions" box during your checkout process or contact us and we will do the best we can to expedite your order.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items.
Minimum ground shipping charge is $14.00 for items less than $100.00. For items $100.00 or more the shipping charge is $6.00 plus 8% of the price of the item. For orders with multiple parts, you will likely only pay shipping once due to consolidated shipping. Some items may be oversized (i.e. bumpers fenders) and require an additional charge. For Next Day or 2nd Day Air please contact us so we can determine the additional shipping charge as well as expedite your order.
Some orders may be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our main office within 30 days of purchase for return instructions and a full refund. Any items that have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All warranties are at the discretion of the manufacturer. Refunds will not include shipping costs.
